MBA’s will enter the First Leader Program.  This one year rotational program gives you broad exposure to several different departments within the bank.  With no pre-set rotations, our program can be tailored to your area of expertise.  For example, someone with a business development focus might do one rotation in Acquisition Strategy and another in New Product Development.  You will be placed in high visibility, strategic initiatives during each of your project assignments.  You will complete 2 six-month rotations along with a short visit to one of our premier call centers before selecting a permanent role.  This structure showcases the commitment First USA has to building well rounded future leaders.
