Summer Associate Opportunities

We are looking for MBA’s with significant work experience.  We look for the quality of the experience not specific industry knowledge.  We have hired folks with backgrounds from military to advertising to consumer packaged goods to manufacturing.  There are various opportunities in the following functional areas:

The Summer Associate Program runs for 10-12 weeks.  You will have the opportunity to interact with all levels through out the organization via weekly business meetings and social activities.  We will work with each individual candidate to determine a suitable project that best utilizes your skills and interests with a Mission Critical Initiative (MCI).  MCI’s have high visibility and immediate impact on the bottom line of the business.  You will have the chance to own and run a project that affects the business and makes a difference.  Each Summer Associate will be measured during the middle of their project and again at the end.  All Summer Associates will present their projects to the Senior Management Team at the end of the summer.
