1 You will earn a 3% rebate for each $1 of eligible Hess net purchases. You will earn a 1% rebate for each $1 of all other net purchases (excluding purchases made at merchants where non-Hess fuel is sold. These purchases do not earn rebates.) For the first 60 days from your enrollment date, you will earn a 10% rebate for each $1 of eligible Hess net purchases. You do not earn rebates on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. Maximum rebate accumulation for billing cycles during the first 60 days you are earning a 10% rebate on Hess net purchases is $40, which equates to $400 in net purchases. Beginning with the first full billing cycle you are earning a 3% rebate on Hess net purchases the maximum rebate accumulation is $12, which equates to $400 in net purchases. 2 Length of your introductory period will be either 6 billing cycles from account opening for balance transfers or 3 billing cycles from account opening for balance transfers depending on our review of your application and credit history. APR is valid for introductory period so long as you comply with the terms of your account. Also, we apply payments to introductory balances before balances with higher APRs. This means that the length of your introductory period may vary based on your payment amounts and the APRs for other balances on your account.
