1 You will first be considered for a World card. If you do not qualify for that product, you will automatically be considered for a Platinum card, which has different benefits and credit availability. 2 You will receive a total of 5,000 bonus points with this bonus offer. 2,500 bonus points will post to your Chase credit card account and appear on your Chase statement and an additional 2,500 bonus points will post directly to your Amtrak Guest Rewards account and appear on your Amtrak Guest Rewards statement. Amtrak is wholly liable for the 2,500 bonus points posted directly to your Amtrak Guest Rewards account. You will qualify and receive your bonus points after your first purchase/first use of the card. After qualifying, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for bonus points to post to both your Chase credit card and Amtrak Guest Rewards accounts. 3 You will earn 2 points for each $1 of net purchases made through Amtrak. You will earn 1 point for each $1 of all other net purchases. You do not earn points on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. There is no maximum number of points that you can accumulate in the program. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations which will be mailed after your account is established.
